 ఉపాధ్యాయ వృత్తికి వన్నెతెచ్చిన బెన్ జాన్సన్

యు కొత్తపల్లి, సెప్టెంబర్ 14 (కోస్తా సమయం) : ఉపాధ్యాయ వృత్తికి వన్నెతెచ్చిన కొత్తపల్లి మండలం లోని ప్రజలు సిద్ధాంతపు బెన్ జాన్సన్ కొనియాడారు. 1995 డి.య. స్సీ 1 లో ఎంపికైన బెన్జాన్సన్ ఏకో పాధ్యాయునిగా కొత్త పెరుమళ్ళపురం ఎంపీపీ స్కూల్ 1 నందు సెకండరీ గ్రేడు ఉపాధ్యాయునిగా చేరి అదే పాఠశాలను 2000విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో యు పి స్కూల్ గాను, 2003 విద్యాసంవత్సరం లో హైస్కూల్ గాను మార్చుటకు విశేష కృషి చేసి యున్నారు. కొత్త పెరుమళ్ళపురం ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల హైస్కూల్ గా మార్చుట వలన దాదాపు 30 గ్రామాల విద్యార్థులు ఉన్నత చదువులకు నోచుకున్నారు. పొన్నాడ ఎంపీపీ ఎస్ పాఠశాలనందు పనిచేస్తూ రాష్ట్రంలోనే తొలిసారిగా మధ్యాహ్న భోజన శాలను దాతల సాయంతో నిర్మించినారు. జిల్లా బాలకార్మిక విమోచన వేదిక కన్వీనర్ గా పనిచేసి ఎం .వి. ఫౌండేషన్ వారితో జిల్లాలో బాలకార్మిక నిర్మూలనకు కృషి చేసియున్నారు . స్వతహాగా కళాకారుడైనా యస్ బెన్ జాన్సన్ మాస్టారు సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించడంలో మంచి ప్రతిభాశాలి. వంద మంది విద్యార్థులతో దేశభక్తి గీతాలాపన లు లైవ్ - ఆర్కెస్ట్రా ద్వారా బృందగానం చేయించడం ఈయన ప్రతిభకు ఒక నిదర్శనం కొత్తపల్లి జిల్లా పరిషత్ ఉన్నత పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులచే నటింపజేసి నిర్మించిన వైద్యానికి జీవం షార్ట్ ఫిలిం జాతీయస్థాయిలో బహుమతిని కైవసం చేసుకుంది. బాలల దినోత్సవాలు, పాఠశాల వార్షికోత్సవా లందు మాస్టారు విద్యార్థులచే ప్రదర్శింపజేసే సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు ఎంతో రంజింపజేస్తాయి. పాఠశాల విద్యా కమిటీ, తల్లిదండ్రుల కమిటీలతో పనిచేస్తూ కొత్త పెరుమళ్ళపురం జిల్లా పరిషత్ హైస్కూల్ నిర్మాణానికి ఐదు ఎకరాల స్థలాన్ని సేకరించారు. హేచరీ లనుండి 3లక్షల విరాళాలను సేకరించి పాఠశాల లకు మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పించారు. అక్షర గోదావరి, అక్షర సంక్రాంతి వంటి కార్యక్రమాలలో ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొని నిరక్షరాస్యులను అక్షరాశ్యులుగా చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం పనిచేస్తున్న కొత్తపల్లి జిల్లా పరిషత్ ఉన్నత పాఠశాలను బాలురు, బాలికల పాఠశాలలుగా బై ఫర్ కేట్ చేయడానికి విశేష కృషి చేసి యున్నారు . మంచి రచయిత అయిన బెన్ జాన్సన్ మాస్టారు బడి గంటలు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల కరదీపిక ను 2000 సంవత్సరంలో రచించారు. ఈ పుస్తకం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఉపాధ్యాయ లోకంలో విశేష ప్రాచుర్యం పొందింది 1. ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం వివిధ రకాల మాడ్యుల్స్ రూపకల్పనలలో ఉపయోగించుకుంది. జిల్లా బాలసాహిత్య రూపకల్పనలో కథావాచకాల విభాగానికి కన్వీనర్ గా పనిచేసి అల్లరి 1. పద కదంబం వంటి వాచకాలను రచించారు. ఈ పుస్తకాలను సర్వ శిక్ష అభియాన్ ముద్రించి పాఠశాలలకు సరఫరా చేసింది. పప్పీ ట్రీలో శిక్షణ పొంది న మాస్టారు పప్పెట్ మేకింగ్ అనే పుస్తకాన్ని రచించారు. ప్రభుత్వం ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని అనేక మాడ్యూల్స్ రచనలలో ఉపయోగిం చనుంది. తుషార బిందువులు నీలి మేఘాఃలు వంటి.
కవితా సంపుటులు వెలువరించారు. గత సంవత్సరం పదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ఆంగ్లభాషలో కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక రచనలో పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ పుస్తకం ముద్రించబడి జిల్లాలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలలకు సరఫరా చేయబడింది. ధ్రువతార పాఠశాల పత్రికను విద్యార్థులచే ప్రారంభించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఈ పాఠశాల పత్రిక ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలో మొదటి పత్రికగా పేరుగాంచింది. సాంఘిక సేవ పట్ల ఆసక్తి చూపే మాస్టారు పేద విద్యార్థులకు ఉచితంగా నోట్ పుస్తకాలు, దుస్తులు సమకూర్చారు. ఉత్తమ విద్యార్ధులను గుర్తించిబెస్ట్ స్టూడెంట్ అవార్డులు ప్రధానం చేస్తున్నారు. పచ్చదనం పరిశుభ్రత, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ పట్ల విశేష కృషి చేస్తున్నారు. ఉచిత వైద్య క్యాంపులు నిర్వహించారు. స్కౌట్ క్యాంపులు నిర్వహించారు. 2011 లో ఆంగ్లభాషా ఉపాధ్యాయునిగా పదోన్నతి పొందిన మాస్టారు గత 6 సంవత్సరాలుగా ఆంగ్ల సబ్జెక్టునందు 100% ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధిస్తున్నారు. 2010వ సంవత్సరంలో జిల్లా ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయునిగా అవార్డు పొందిన మాస్టారు, పియర్సన్ నేషనల్ బెస్ట్ టీచర్ అవార్డ్, సి.వి.ఎస్ తేజ చారిటీస్ తిరుపతి వారిచే నేష నల్ బెస్ట్ టీచర్ అవార్డు, త్రిరత్న బుద్ధ విహార్ వారిచే ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డులు ఎన్నిటినో పొందియున్నారు. జిల్లా అంతటా మంచి పేరు ప్రఖ్యాతులు కలిగిన 'బెన్ జాన్సన్ మాస్టారును రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్ర ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డు ను ఇచ్చి సత్కరిం చింది. రాష్ట్ర ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డు ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు చేతులమీదుగా మంగళగిరిలో జరిగిన గురు పూజోత్సవం నాడు అందుకొన్నారు. జిల్లా అంతటా తోటి ఉపాధ్యాయులు హర్షం వ్యక్త చేసారు. జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు, విద్యార్థులు, తెలుగునాడు ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘం, కొత్తపల్లి మండల ప్రజలు ఆనందం

తరగతి గది భోదనకు పరిమితమయ్యే ఉపాధ్యాయులు మనకు ఎక్కడైనా కనిపిస్తారు వారు పని గంటలలో మాత్రమే పనిచేస్తారు సమాజాభివృద్దికి పాఠశాల అభివృద్దికి సమయం, ధనం కేటాయించే వారు వేళ్ళమీద లెక్కపెట్టవచ్చు.అటువంటి వారిలో ముందు వరుసలో నిలిచే ఉపాధ్యాయుడు కొత్తపల్లి బాలికోన్నత పాఠశాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న ఆంగ్ల ఉపాధ్యాయుడు రాష్ట్ర ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డు గ్రహీత సిద్దాంతపు బెన్ జాన్ సన్ మాస్టారు.దాదాపు మూడు దశాబ్దాలుగా కాకినాడ జిల్లా తొండంగి, కొత్తపల్లి మండల తీర గ్రామాల విధ్యార్దిలోకం కలువరించే పేరు జాన్సన్ మాస్టారు.కోన ఫారెస్టు మరియు సముద్ర తీర గ్రామాలలో మత్సకార విధ్యార్దులు ఉన్నత చదువులకు నోచుకోకపోవడం మాస్టారును తీవ్రంగా కలిచివేచింది.కొత్తపెరుమళ్ళపురం ప్రాధమిక పాఠశాల స్దాపించి అరవై ఏళ్ళైనా ఉన్నత పాఠశాలగా స్దాయి పెరగకపోవడం మాస్టారుని ఆలోచింపజేసింది. కోనఫారెస్టులోని ముప్పై గ్రామాలకు హైస్కూల్ సదుపాయం లేకపోవడం ఆశ్చర్యమనిపించింది మాస్టారుకు. 2000 సంవత్సరంలో ప్రాధమికోన్నత పాఠశాలగాను,2003 లో ఉన్నత పాఠశాలగాను కొత్తపెరుమళ్ళపురం పాఠశాల స్దాయిని పెంచి కోనఫారెస్టు ప్రాంతంలో ఎందరో విధ్యార్దులు హైస్కూల్ చదువు నోచుకునేలా కృషిచేసారు.ఆనాడు ఐదవ తరగతి తరువాత చేపలవేటకు పోయే విధ్యార్దులు మాస్టారు చేసిన పాఠశాల అభివృద్ది వలన ఉన్నత విధ్యలు అభ్యసించి ఈనాడు ప్రపంచాన్ని వణికిస్తున్న కరోనాకు మందులు కనిపెట్టే శాస్త్రవేత్తలు మడదా దారబాబు లాంటి వారు విదేశాలలో పనిచేస్తుండటం మాస్టారు చలువే అంటారు పూర్వ విధ్యార్దులు.కోనఫారెస్టు ప్రాంతంలోని మత్స్యకార విధ్యార్దులు ఇంజనీర్లుగా, టీచర్లుగా ,అనేక రంగాలలో ఉధ్యోగాలు చేస్తూ ఉన్నారంటే మాస్టారు ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కృషే కారణం అంటారు మత్స్యకార గ్రామమైన కొత్తపెరుమళ్ళపురం గ్రామస్దులు.

మరో మత్సకార గ్రామమైన ఉప్పాడ కొత్తపల్లికి  బదిలీపై వచ్చిన నాటినుండి పాఠశాల స్దితిగతులకు చలించిపోయారు. పదహారు వందల మంది విధ్యార్దులు కిక్కిరిసిపోయి ఒకే బడిలో చదవడం ,విధ్యా ప్రమాణాలు తగ్గడం నిద్రపట్టనివ్వలేదు జాన్సన్ మాస్టారిని. రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడాలేని విధంగా ఎనిమిదివందల మంది బాలికలు పాఠశాలలో ఉండటం వారు పడుతున్న తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులను గమనించి బాలికోన్నత పాఠశాల కావాలని కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ నాలుగు సంవత్సరాలు కాళ్ళరిగేలా తిరిగి కొత్తపల్లి బాలికోన్నత పాఠశాల ఏర్పాటుచేసి మత్స్యకార బాలికాభివృద్దికి కృషి చేసిన అలుపెరుగని ఉపాధ్యాయుడు జాన్సన్ మాస్టారు.
పాఠశాల మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనేకాదు స్వతహాగా కళాకారుడు కావడంతో విధ్యార్దులలోని సృజనాత్మకతను వెలికితీయడంలోను వారిలో కళలపట్ల ఆసక్తిని పెంచడంలోను ఎంతో సమయాన్ని హెచ్చిస్తారు మాస్టారు.జాన్సన్ మాస్టారు శిష్యులు సాయి, ప్రతాప్ నాటక సినీ రంగాలలో అడుగులు వేస్తూ పేరు తెచ్చుకుంటున్నారు.జనవిజ్ఞానవేదిక జాతీయ స్దాయి లో నిర్వహించిన షార్ట్ ఫిలిం పోటీలలో బహుమతులు గెలవడంతో జిల్లా విధ్యాశాఖాధికారి అబ్రహాం పాఠశాలకు వచ్చి విధ్యార్దులను అభినందించడం మాస్టారు ప్రతిభకు మచ్చుతునక .ఆంగ్ల ఉపాధ్యాయుడైనా తెలుగు భాషపై ఉన్న మమకారంతో బాలసాహిత్య రచయితగా జిల్లాలో అధికారులమన్ననలు పొందారు. వీరు రచనలను సర్వశిక్షాభియాన్ ముద్రించి పాఠశాలలకు పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలుగా పంపించింది.రాష్ట్ర రీసోర్సు పర్సన్ గా నిష్టా ,ఇ యమ్ డి పి , కార్యక్రమాలకు ఒమన్ వయోలెన్స్ పై ఢీల్లీలోను శిక్షణ పొందారు.జాన్సన్ మాస్థారు సామాజిక సేవలోను ముందుంటారు బాలకార్మిక సమస్యలపట్ల బాల్యవివాహాల అవగాహనకు కరోనా మహామ్మారి పట్ల యునిసెఫ్ వారితో కలిసి పనిచేస్తూ ఉన్నారు.మాస్టారి సేవలను గుర్తించి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్ర ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయ అవార్డును ఇచ్చి గౌరవించింది. అనేక సంస్డలు అవార్డులతో సత్కరించాయి.

Siddanthapu Ben Johnson comes from a family of educated teachers. Both parents were government employees. Johnson was born on June 22, 1967, at Tondangi village in East Godavari, Andrapradesh. His Elementary education was held at Thondangi Primary School, High School Education at ZPHS Tondangi, ZPHS Divili and ZPHS Uppada kothapalli zilla Parishad High School. His Intermediate Education was held at RRBHR Government Junior College Pithapuram. Ben johnson was studied B.Sc in Botany Main Course with B.Sc at, P.RGC kainada .He was studied Bachelor of Education degree at St. Mary's College, Kakinada. He was graduated from Periyar University with a MA in English.

Ben Johnson selected as secondary grade teacher in 1995 DSC. Since childhood, Johnson has interested in social service, he has continued in the teaching profession also. During his life time, he worked as a teacher in the fisherman villages of kotha Perumallpuram, Uppada and Ponnada. He educated so many fisherman students. They were in highly position.

Ben johnson started teaching profession In kotha Perumalpuram mpps as a single teacher. He upgraded where the same school to a upper primary school in 2000 and High school in 2003, He collected Five acres of land from the GADDIPETA villagers for the High school. He collected 2 lacks of rupees from Hatcheries of kotha perumallapuram he arranged school compound wall and iron mesh.

Working with the school's education He encouraged to the villagers to celebrate 60th school anniversary of mpps kotha perumallapuram. He was donated furniture to the school like beruava, chairs and to the school. He conducted Mandal level science fair in coastal village of MPPS KPPURAM in thondangi mandal  .
He put efforts to rejoined the dropouts in to school nearly 200 students. They were joined in the school. He served to the illiterate dwakra women in Akshara Godavari state level programme he was educating the 11 illiterate women of the Dwarka group in the coastal villages. For the first time in coastal area, a continuing education center was opened village of kotha Perumalpuram with the help of the government by collected Rs 10,000 from the villagers.
Johnson, who joined the ponnada mpps 2 in 2003 as a secondary grade teacher by the transfer. For the first time in the state, 35000 RS valuble a mid-day meal daining hall for the school children has been built by him. for the effective implementation of a mid-day meal scheme with the help of the public,
     Ben johnson promoted as a school Assistant English at kothapalli Zilla Parishad High School. He collected worth of 100000 Rs from Rotary Club, Kakinada in collaboration they constructed a Hand wash station for the midday meal programme. He encouraged surya Water Plant kothapalli, in cooperation with them, they has been continuously providing fresh drinking water and mineral water to the students to drink at midday meal dining.
He collected worth of 25000 RS from the old students RS 25 decorative steel flag poles. As a Teacher Farm district convener He served Under the auspices of the a MV Foundation Hyderabad, East Godavari district child labor emancipation platform, and hundreds of child laborers were rejoined into schools by him. He donated to the Many child laborers have uniforms and note books with their own funds and are included in the school. He donated to the many AIDS patients to donate medicines, clothes and ration.
In The disaster, such as the tsunami and the corona, He collected donations with students in many costumes .
          As Artist Johnson Master has trained many students in cultural arts. Singing songs,Students trained in dancing and acting a short film 'vydyaniki jeevam' was produced with the students. He encouraged to the students to participated and win the prizes at national level short films. He organized many school anniversaries and school festivals.
       He encouraged students to participated in extra-curricular activities at the zonal level have been rewarded with performances. He encouraged to the students to participate in quizes and debate competitions at school anniversaries, school festivals and also zonal levels, and to win prizes. He encouraged the students to participated in the  Kriya State Level Competition at kakinada. He encouraged students participate in to a variety of subjects such as painting, storytelling, clay figurines, teaching material, choreography, drama and many more. Students are encouraged to participate in zonal-level math's MELA and teaching Learning Material competitions MELA. He was encouraged to the pupils win prizes at the Science Fair. He was actively  impliment  educational programmes in school level EMDP, CAREER GUIDENCE as a state resource person.As a state resource  person of NISHTHA NCERT New Delhi he trained nearly 220 teachers in this cource.
       He encouraged to the pupils start the school magazine druvathaara,in Zilla Parishad High School History in andrapradesh this is the first school magazine un state ever. Children Editorial boadStudents collected comic stories, painted pictures, and poems, school news, form the other class children. These are all printed in the school magazine every month, Johnson Master trained as a Scout Guide, He started Scouts troup with the students at zphs Kommanapalli they have carried out many service activities in the surrounding villages. He conducted many Health camps. With Kiran Eye Hospital in Kakinada he conducted free eye medical camps in collaboration with them. He organized Apollo Hospitals Kakinada held a free mega medical camp with doctors in Uppada. He conducted Several rallies have been held in the villages for the ban on plastic for environmental protection. He has worked with charities and conducted several awareness classes on tourism conservation. He planted Many plants were planted with students as part of Clean and Green. Johnson active participated to impliment government schems in school like Ammavai, vidya deevena, jagananna gorumudd midday meal programe for school children, He is actively participating NADU NEDU programe to impliment at zpghs kothapalli.

As a writer Ben Johnson Master wrote many books. Has been the convener of the Narratives section of the Balasahiti of East Godavari district, and has authored books for the students, such as Allari, pada Kadambam and East Godavari District Folk Art, which have been printed and the government sent to schools across the state.Johnson trained in Puppetry in CERT Rajasthan, and he wrote a book called Puppet Making.   BADIGANTALU has authored a book called Handbook of Headmaster. He translated international book called Communicate in the Sustainable Development Goals, published by UNICEF. He wrote The book of CHETTU NA BOMMALU to primary school students. He prepared English study material for the tenth class grade students this study material was printed and supplied distributed to schools.He prepared many audio video visuaval DVD for school children . He created blogs for the student talents. Creative Buddies shows the talents of students. He encouraged students to run their own YouTube channel. This is the first government school children's YouTube channel forever He teaching online lessons to students by creating a YouTube channel .
He strengthening the school library The school library is being strengthened by collecting valuable books from educators in the village.He conducted library varotsavalu in school level many students participated and they devleped reading abilty through this programme.
He is serving teachers through YSR Teacher Federation Union as distric councillor.

     He got more prestigious  awards from state government of Andrapradesh The district's best teacher award in 2010 and the state's best teacher award in 2018, Cvs Teja charitable trust with thirupathi honoured with National best teacher 2017 award , trirathna buddavihar amalapuram honoured Ambhedkar fellowship 2012, numerous organizations have honored Ben Johnson with awards at the District, State and National levels.
